Lymphatic Drainage Massage (New)

Lymphatic drainage is a therapeutic massage treatment involving extremely light
pressure and uses very gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of the lymphatic system and reduce toxins in your body. The lymphatic system is part of your body's immune system and helps fight infection. Lymphatic fluid transports nutrients and oxygen to cells, collecting toxins on the way and flushing them out through the lymph nodes. However, unlike blood, which is pumped around by your heart, the lymphatic system has no pump. The pressure from your blood vessels and movement from your muscles push the lymphatic fluid around.

Benefits
  • Improve immune system function
  • Help the body fight infections, reduce the chances of suffering fro colds and viruses, and speed up recovery from these illnesses
  • Reduce water retention
  • Promote weight loss since improving the lymphatic system function will help the body burn calories more efficiently
  • Improve skin texture
  • Be used to perform manual drainage as a treatment for lymphedema
